1. How can I place a custom order?

You can easily place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product (Custom T-shirts, Mugs, Cards, etc.) and uploading your design/photo. Alternatively, you can visit our shop at Fatima Plaza, Qazi Wala Road, Chishtian, or contact us via WhatsApp.

2. Can I share my own custom design or picture?

Yes! We accept high-resolution images, logos, and vector designs in PNG, JPG, or PDF formats. If you don't have a ready design, our team can help design it for you.

3. Do you handle bulk printing for schools and colleges?

Absolutely. Educational printing is our main core specialty for over 29 years. We print prospectuses, certificates, student ID cards, registers, and examination material in bulk with fast delivery.

4. How long does delivery take?

Local orders in Pakistan can be picked up directly from our shop or delivered within 24-48 hours. For orders outside Chishtian, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business working days via courier.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for standard items, as well as EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and direct Bank Transfers for advance payments on custom orders.

6. Will I see a proof before final printing?

Yes, for all customized products and bulk school printing, we share a digital mockup/proof via WhatsApp or email for your final approval before printing starts.
